Preferred Vendor Rules & Expectations
We are excited to work with vendors who share our passion for creating memorable, beautiful events for our clients. As a Preferred Vendor at Mi Casa Su Casa, you represent not only your business but also the quality and experience we promise to our guests. To maintain a high standard of service, we ask all preferred vendors to agree to the following guidelines:
1. Professionalism & Communication
Vendors must provide timely, courteous communication with clients, Mi Casa Su Casa staff, and other vendors.
Vendors should arrive on time for all events, deliveries, and scheduled meetings.
Vendors must notify Mi Casa Su Casa immediately if any issues arise that could affect the event.
2. Quality of Service
Vendors must consistently deliver high-quality products and services as promised to clients.
Vendors are expected to operate with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
3. Respect for the Venue
Vendors must respect our venue property, rules, and policies at all times.
All setups and breakdowns must be done carefully to avoid damage to the venue.
Vendors must clean up their workspaces thoroughly after each event.
4. Insurance Requirements
Vendors must carry appropriate liability insurance and provide proof of insurance upon request.
5. Compliance with Venue Policies
Vendors must follow all Mi Casa Su Casa policies, including parking, noise levels, load-in/load-out procedures, and event timelines.
Food and beverage vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations.
Alcohol service must be managed according to state and local regulations.
6. Appearance & Conduct
All vendor staff must be appropriately dressed, polite, and professional.
Behavior that is disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive will not be tolerated.
7. Client Experience
Vendors must prioritize client satisfaction, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.
Negative comments about other vendors, the venue, or clients are strictly prohibited.

We are proud to recommend vendors based on the quality of service they have demonstrated, but all contracts, agreements, payments, and communications between vendors and clients are solely their responsibility.
Mi Casa Su Casa is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes that may arise between vendors and clients.
This is a hands-off collaboration designed to highlight outstanding vendors, not to manage their services.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the Mi Casa Su Casa Preferred Vendor List.
We reserve the right to remove a vendor from our list at any time if these expectations are not met, completely at our discretion.
