Your application is being considered with great care. Our primary aim is to curate a delightful shopping atmosphere where women can actively support local businesses. To ensure the utmost integrity of this experience, we meticulously handpick a diverse array of vendors offering unique products while minimizing any duplication to the best of our ability.
Should your business be selected, you will be notified of acceptance via email, along with an accompanying invoice. Please note that payment of the invoice is required within 48 hours of the invoice date. Failure to fulfill this requirement may result in the forfeiture of your rental space, with the opportunity extended to another vendor selected at our discretion.
Vendor Booth Fee: $30 (non-refundable)
Additional Requirement: Please include a donation item valued at $20 or more from your shop for door prize giveaways. We want to make this event super fun and encourage a lot of women to attend.
Booth Details:
6x4ft Table Included
Booth size is 10ftx10ft. If you have clothes racks, shelves, or other display items you would like to add, that is not a problem, but they must stay within the 10ft x 10ft booth area.
Rain or shine event
Vendors are responsible for all their own transactions, sales taxes, and personal cash needs. All prices must conform to the listed prices on the accepted application. Only products listed on the accepted application can be sold. Vendors must be able to handle all transactions independently.
Liability & Insurance:
In no event shall Mi Casa Mc LLC or Boss Babes be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the Vendor’s employees, agents, contractors, representatives, or property from any cause whatsoever. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to protect machinery, perishables, and exhibits to prevent injury to the public, visitors, guests, or property. Any property not properly maintained may be promptly withdrawn from the event site. All property of the Vendor, including foodstuffs and other perishables, is understood to remain in the Vendor’s care, custody, and control in transit to, from, or within the confines of the event area, subject to the Rules and Regulations. By signing the Agreement, Vendors expressly release, hold harmless, and indemnify the aforementioned persons and entities from and against all claims for loss, damage, or injury.
Event Schedule:
Event runs from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Setup begins at 4:00pm, and booths must be ready by 5:40pm.
